Just travel as much as you can i.e keep in motion more the time of your life. Speed would make you get older later. Its not a joke- A physics phenomenon would make you do that,which is "More the speed Time beats slower".
Actually the speed should be very high.
Now read this-
If you are approaching 100% of speed of light your time slows more and more until it is indefinitely slowed down.
(You should realize that everything slows down including your heart beats,your thoughts, etc.)
So far an example if your ship goes at 98% of the speed of light and you take a one year journey,when you return to Earth five years have gone by.

first thing- ths postulate cnt be possbl physically n if in coming time we mak it possbl thn as the beats of time get slowr as v arriv to speed of light thn mass of the body wil go vry vyr heavy n the spac craft ll again slow down, n if any hw v go thru these conditns v cnt nt find a spac wher is no mass bcoz it is the first conditn to slowr down the time in the spac.... n again if u all read postulates of relativity thn u ll find tht ther r 100s of restrictn which mak it impossbl..
